I saw Dr Faisal Ali today and he was so calm about my procedure, he put me at ease straight away, the whole way through was painless (except for the anaesthetic)

Clear explanation of the procedure which was about to be performed. Constant checking that I was ok during the procedure. Put me at my ease and made me feel very comfortable. Explained fully what I could expect after the procedure was completed & gave good advice.

I had a small freckle removed and sent for biopsy by Dr Ali and his lovely nurse . Dr Ali explained fully what he was going to do in a very warm and professional manner . The procedure was painless and quick which I found amazing . His lovely assistant was so kind when the injection was going in and gave me her hand to squeeze , I must add the injection was relatively pain free ! I would highly recommend Dr Ali to anyone needing a dermatologist, if I ever need anything else I would not hesitate to go back and know that I had nothing to worry about at all and was in very safe hands. I cannot thank him enough for making my procedure so painless and stress free.
